Virginia Doellgast is the Anne Evans Estabrook Professor of Employment Relations and Dispute Resolution in the ILR School at Cornell University. She holds a B.A. in community, regional, and environmental Studies from Bard College; an M.C.P. in housing, community, and economic development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology; and a Ph.D. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
