Michelle Bullwinkle is the HR specialist at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth. She recently moved to Washington from San Francisco, where she spent more than 15 years providing comprehensive HR and people operations expertise to technology and nonprofit start-ups. She has a broad and deep knowledge of managing Total Rewards (compensation and benefits), the full employee life cycle, and employee retention. Bullwinkle attended Rollins College and is a SHRM-certified professional.
