Thomas Sampson is an assistant professor at the Department of Economics at the London School of Economics, as well as an associate in the Centre for Economic Performance. Before joining LSE, he received his Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University. He works on international trade, growth, and development. His research analyses how different types of firms and workers are affected by globalization and the impact of Brexit on the UK economy.
