Cesar Perez is the Family Economic Security intern at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth. Prior to joining Equitable Growth, he was a rental assistance intern at the San Diego Housing Commission where he researched the economic and social well-being of prospective and current housing choice voucher recipients in the city of San Diego. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and is currently a second-year Master of Public Policy student at the University of California, San Diego where he is specializing in inequality and social policy.
