Sunita Desai is an assistant professor in the Department of Population Health at NYU School of Medicine with secondary appointments in the Department of Economics at NYU Stern and Health Policy at NYU Wagner. She received her Ph.D, in health care management and economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and her B.A. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
