Dionna Cheatham was a Research and Policy Assistant at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth. Prior to joining Equitable Growth Dionna was the Research and Development Intern at the Kent County Health Department, Community Health Division. She previously served as a Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Emerging Leaders intern in the Office of Congressman Sandy Levin. A native of Detroit, Michigan, Dionna earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public and Non Profit Administration; Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies from Grand Valley State University.
