Jessica Fulton is the Senior Manager of Policy and Government Relations at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth. Prior to joining Equitable Growth, Jessica served as Outreach Director at the DC Fiscal Policy Institute, a research and advocacy organization focusing on budget issues in Washington, DC. She previously served as Research and Policy Associate at the Chicago Urban League and as an intern in the Office of Congressman Tim Ryan. Jessica earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Chicago and a Master’s Degree in Economic Policy Analysis from Depaul University.
