Chloe N. East an associate professor of economics at the University of Colorado Denver. She is on sabbatical AY 2023-2024 and working at the Brookings Institution in the Hamilton Project as a visiting fellow. East holds a B.S. in economics from the University of Texas, Austin and an M.A. and Ph.D. in economics from the University of California, Davis.
