Gregory Casey is an associate professor of economics at Williams College and a Nonresident Senior Fellow in economics studies at the Brookings Institution. He is also an affiliate of the CESifo research network—climate and energy economics. Casey received his Ph.D. in economics from Brown University, his M.S. in economic development policy from the University of the West Indies, and his B.A. in economics and mathematics from Hamilton College.
