Tyjen Conley is the associate director of communications and marketing at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth. Prior to joining Equitable Growth, she led digital analytics reporting and web content management as a federal government contractor for the IT software and services company Salient CRGT. She has more than a decade of experience in communications at Washington, D.C.-area nonprofit organizations, including the crafting of marketing campaigns for the American Geophysical Union and the development of online editorial products and digital dissemination strategies at the Population Reference Bureau. She also wrote and edited online articles on U.S. and international populations and health. Tyjen holds bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and English from the University of Maryland, College Park and a master’s degree in marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
