Kait Pararas is the senior digital marketing associate at the Washington Center for Equitable Growth. Prior to joining Equitable Growth, she served as a program manager at the National Whistleblower Center, a Washington-area nonprofit organization, where she helped implement a large-scale campaign supporting climate change whistleblowers across a wide range of communications channels. Previously, she worked as a media analyst. Pararas holds a B.A. in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia.
